Project Management Leaders (“we”) provides construction project management and interior fitout services across the United Arab Emirates. Our office is at Al Serkal Building #1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, the project type you select, and your message. We do not ask for financial details, identity documents or any other sensitive information, and you should not send them through this form.

Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to rate limit the enquiry form against spam.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a budget range and programme, and carry on the resulting conversation about your project. That is the only reason. We use your details on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form.

We do not send marketing email, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Your enquiry passes through two service providers who process it on our behalf and nothing more: Vercel, which hosts this website, and Resend, which delivers the enquiry to our inbox. Our email itself runs on Google Workspace.

Beyond those providers, we share your information only where the law requires it.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the correspondence is retained for as long as the contract and UAE record-keeping requirements demand, then deleted.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time.

Email info@pml.today and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

The site is served over HTTPS. The enquiry form is rate limited and validated on the server, and submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfect, so please do not send confidential commercial or personal documents through the form. Send those by email or ask us for a secure alternative.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be notified to anyone affected by email.
